My friend (and my Sensei for Japanese) Kohashi Masato arrived from Japan last month. He's crazy about Israeli food so I decided to teach him how to make Israeli Schnitzels. We took pictures of the whole process, so I said - Hey, why not share this with you all?
So here's a small easy-to-make tutorial of how to cook Schnitzels. The dish came from Europe and in time became on of the basic Israeli dishes everyone loves to eat!
